Based on an old Pennsylvania basket made of rye straw and resembling the cooking vessel it is named after, this basket features a solid oak base with rattan reed and wire bail and oak handle. There is a thick dark blue slat accenting the top of the basket. This basket measures 5 inches high (1 foot when the handle is up) and 9 inches wide.
