Hugs and Kisses 6.5" Handmade Stained Glass Appalachian Quilt Square
This is a 6.5 inch handmade stained glass quilt square that showcases beautiful reds and golds.
The gold glass in this little quilt square is an antique Lamberts mouth blown glass. This is combined with beautiful red glass to complete the traditional quilt square pattern.
Tiffany's copper foil technique was used to join the glass and the solder has a copper patina. The metal frame is copper plated. This is a very special piece, with the beautiful old glass in it!
Photographing glass is very difficult and the character of the glass will change with the light and the landscape behind it. Therefore, these photos are the best representation of color that I could achieve with natural lighting. Metal loops are attached to the top for hanging. Copper hanging chain is included.
